Department Stores

I apologize for the wait, my apartment search has taken up a lot of my time recently.  More to come on that soon.

This past weekend I went to Macy's to pick up a wedding gift with my girlfriend.  I try to avoid department stores at all costs.  They are crowded, dirty, and have no windows; I naturally went to biggest one in the world.   My trip was relatively quick but along the way, I was painfully reminded of how awful the experience can be.  Fatigue, frustration, and all around defeated is is usually how you feel after a long session with the opposite sex in a mall.

This guy made the display into a bench.  This is a power move, especially if you're in Macy's and the fitting room is about a mile away.  Notice he uses the manikin for back support; this guy has been here for a while.

Beginner and Expert.  Expert on the right.  This is not his first rodeo, he brought his fucking Ipad.  The guy on the left is on step 5, Acceptance: This is when the anger and sadness have tapered off. The person simply accepts the reality of the loss.
